Gale Travel's old site was out of date, slow on mobile, and no longer matched the company they’d become.
They needed a rebuild that landed before an industry event six weeks out - but their previous agency had quoted a three-month timeline. The brand needed to feel modern and credible to HNWI's, the messaging needed sharpening, and the whole website needed to load fast and convert. With the event date fixed, speed wasn’t a nice-to-have; it was the whole brief.
